大唐高鴻數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)絡技術(shù)有限公司和Radvision公司于2008年11月28日宣布了一種基于寬帶互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的語音及視頻的全新解決方案。
Gohigh data network LTD and Radvision announced a new Voice and Video over broadband internet solution in Nov. 28th 2008.
該方案基于大唐高鴻的運營商級軟交換平臺SS3000－T。SS3000－T下的所有注冊用戶均可以通過自己的視頻終端訪問視頻會議中心，該視頻會議中心使用了Radvison的Scopia MCU。
This solution is based on Gohigh’s carrier grade softswitch system SS3000-T. All subscribers under SS3000-T can access to the video conference center by using their video terminals. This video conference center uses the scopia MCU from Radvision.
對于SS3000－T電話用戶，只需要將終端改為視頻終端，或者安裝個像xlite這樣的免費軟電話，在PC機上裝個攝像頭，就可以進行視頻通話了；撥打視頻會議接入號，就可以加入視頻會議。
For those telephone users, they just need to change to a video terminal like a free software phone x-lite and a camera on their pc. After that, they can make video calls in this network. And when they dial the video conference access number, they can take part into the video conference.

Popular video service
該方案極大地降低了視頻會議業(yè)務的每線成本，擴大了視頻通話的業(yè)務范圍，在SS3000－T下的用戶可以以非常低的成本得到視頻會議的功能。
This solution hugely saves the video conference service per line cost, enlarges the scope of video phone service area. Any subscriber under this softswitch can have the video conference at very low cost.

Comparing to the normal phone call, each video calls will be charged by the
billing system separately. The conference service can also be charged as a special
service. All those service use the same billing system and the same OAM system.
Video service has been integrated into a special service in this carrier grade
softswtich and billing system. Here is the diagram for those network components.
